Ground-breaking Speaker on October 23

Outstanding Speaker of High Recognition Comes to TCNJ!

 

Wednesday, Oct. 23: “Race and Crime in Modern America” by Dr. Khalil Gibran Muhammad, Director of New York’s Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture.

The lecture will take place next Wednesday, October 23 at 5:30pm in ED 115.  Prior to the lecture, there will be light refreshments and immediately following the lecture, Dr. Muhammad will have a book signing of his book, The Condemnation of Blackness: Race, Crime, and the Making of Modern Urban America. The event is sponsored by the Department of African American Studies and the Department of Criminology.
