Tues., Nov. 18 “Welcoming Wellness: A Night of Connection and Support” will be held at 6:30 pm in Roscoe West 201, to give students an opportunity to express themselves in a safe environment, build peer connections, and raise awareness about the importance of emotional wellness and mental health, with presentations about mental health and emotional wellness and information about resources.
Tues., Nov. 18 RSW: Dr. Stephanie Gilmore, a scholar and editor of the Committee on LGBT History, Feminist Studies, and the Feminist Wire, will discuss the important issue of sexual violence on college campuses, including yes-means-yes affirmative consent legislation and Title IX policies. It all begins at 8:30 in the Library Auditorium.
