HSS wishes the entire TCNJ community a happy, healthy, and successful Chinese New Year!

We congratulate all those involved in celebrating the Chinese New Year at the Brower Student Center on Tuesday, Feb. 24:  The Chinese Students Association (TCNJ-CSA), students of Chinese language and culture, members of TCNJ’s Chinese Yoyo Club, TCNJ DragonFlies Dance Club and Chinese Dancers from Rutgers University, students who participated in the beautiful fashion show, students of the Blackburg Martial Arts Academy, dancers for the Lion Dance, dancers for the Dragon Dance, everyone involved in setting up the delicious food for all of us to enjoy, Dr. Jiayan Mi, and, especially Professor Celia Liu and Professor Jia Mi.  You all helped to create a beautiful celebration of Chinese culture for everyone to enjoy.  We also extend special thanks to the Culture Center of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York for loaning us the historic costumes used in the evening’s fashion show.
