Tutoring Services Update as of 8/31/21
Tutor sign-ups begin on Wed 9/15, through our online scheduling platform, WCOnline
Tutoring services begin remotely on Mon 9/20
Students are encouraged to, before 9/15, register their accounts with our tutoring schedule platform, WCOnline, in preparation to sign up for tutoring on 9/15.
1) Go to: [this link is also available in our WCOnline How-To guide, linked on our web page, “Tutoring Services”:]
2) Follow instructions for registering your account, in the box on the right.
3) When registering, you will need to choose from “Available Schedules.” If your major is in one of the Schools of Humanities/Social Science, Arts & Comm (this includes IMM), or Education, you click on HSS/Ed/Arts & Com/Writing Fall 2021. If your major is in one of the Schools of Science (this includes math), Engineering, Business, Nursing, Health & Exercise Science, you click on Math/Science/Business/Engineering/NHES Fall 2021.
4) A registration form should pop up. Students fill out the registration form. Make sure you input the correct email contact for yourself.  Click “Save.” A green confirmation window should pop up. If you have any trouble getting this far, pause! Try again, or contact the Tutoring Center for assistance: 771-3325. You may also stop by, in Roscoe West Hall, Suite 101, any time between 8am and 4pm.
5) Once registered in WCOnline, students will not have access to the tutoring schedule until 9/15. When you log in again, on 9/15, you will have access to the tutoring schedule, and you may then sign up for a tutoring appointment from among the tutors available to tutor your subject (or writing) when convenient for you. IF you wish to make your tutoring appointment a weekly, repeating appointment, tell your tutor during your first session. ONLY your tutor can make a repeating appointment, during the first session with you
Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
