The HSS Staff Council consists of all department administrators in HSS departments and programs, regardless of title, including:
Clerk/Typists
Secretaries
Program Assistants
Program Service Coordinators
Office Managers
The HSS Staff Council meets twice annually, once in late August prior to the start of the fall semester and once in mid-January prior to the start of the spring semester.
The HSS Staff Council makes recommendations to the dean on the implementation of school-wide policy on the basis of impact on HSS staff members in the various HSS departments and programs and consults with the dean on the development of relevant HSS policies with an impact on the administration of those departments and programs.
