he English department!! It’s such a positive, welcoming community where I am given the room to explore my interests and pursue what I love! It’s small enough where I feel everyone knows me and it’s easy and fun to get involved.

Favorite spot on campus

The lake / fitness path – take advantage of our beautiful campus! Close second is the second floor of the lib near the big windows.

Advice to new students

Try everything and anything that interests you – and ask questions! Keep exploring the things that make you happy and make you feel like yourself – there are so many unique opportunities and you will find your home! I never thought I would be to pursue a career out of my passions but I was proved wrong! Do what makes you happy, not what makes others happy.
