I am the vice president for Environmental Club, the advocacy chair for Residential Hall Association, and a member for Circle K and the Criminology Student Association. I am also going to be a HSS peer tutor next semester.

Favorite thing about TCNJ and HSS

My favorite thing is the nice and comfortable lounge in the Social Sciences Building.

Favorite spot on campus

My favorite spot is lab 5 in the library basement because this lab is normally empty and they have spinning chairs.

Advice to new students

Asking for help was probably my greatest obstacle because I would feel ashamed for not knowing the answer. This mindset did not help me in any way and hindered my progress in my personal life and in my academics. Since, I went through having to push myself to ask for help, I would want to encourage incoming students to overcome that fear. Asking for help could be going to office hours and accessing the free tutor center because these resources have helped me improve my grades and network with professionals in my major.
