Mary Lynn Hopps

“The Women In Learning and Leadership (WILL) program (established at TCNJ in 2000) is exemplary of the TCNJ leadership signature experience. Women students develop leadership skills through opportunities offered by the co-curricular program, such as attendance at national leadership training seminars, conflict resolution/transformation workshops and other forums designed to build and enhance leadership skills.”

Professor Mary Lynn Hopps directs the Women In Learning and Leadership (WILL) Program, a program that provides opportunities for women to explore career and life choices in multiple disciplines to help them excel and realize their full potential. Professor Hopps supports students’ leadership development through directing the academic portion of the program, advising the student -run leadership organization and providing opportunities for students to attend national leadership training seminars, public-speaking workshops, conflict resolution/transformation workshops, and other forums designed to build and enhance leadership skills. Through the WILL Program Professor Hopps helps to connect students with each other, and to a strong supportive network of faculty, staff, alumnae and community mentors.
