I love to read, go on a run, spend time with my dogs, and do my nails!
I am President of Pre-Law Society, part of the Honors and Scholars Program, member of Pi Sigma Alpha, and member of Phi Kappa Phi.
My favorite thing about both TCNJ and HSS is the community that I have become part of. I love that I have been able to develop working relationships with both my peers and my professors! When I took my first tour of TCNJ I was told that I wouldn't be just another number here, and I can say that this certainly has been true.
My favorite spot on campus is the solar tables outside the student center. I love that I can sit there on a nice day and also have access to outlets when I need to charge my phone or laptop. It is so nice to be able to hang out and study there, especially since it is so close to the lib caf so I can grab a coffee, too! And to make things even better, it's all from solar power!
One piece of advice I have is that while academics are important, and of course a priority, it is just as important to take some time for yourself. Find a group of friends that you can relax and hang out with, and also take the time to have some alone time. Burnout is real, so it is so important to find ways to de-stress and have some fun. Watch a movie, get outside, or do anything to get your body moving and mind going for something that isn't school work!
